1. Quantity Surveyors
    Duty:
  • To measure quantities of works, study contract documents, follow project progress and prepare claims for EOT and variation of works and negotiate with representative of clients and consultants.
    Particular requirements for candidates:
  • Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in quantity surveying
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in QS
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skill
    Basic requirements for candidates:
  • Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering/ Building Studies/ Architecture or equivalent.
  • Good command of English and communication skill, Chinese speaking is an advantage.
  • Skillful in using computer software Ms Office including Project, knowledge in P3 or Suretrak is an advantage.
