1. Construction Manager

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering/ Building Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum 15 years of  construction site experience with proven track record of minimum 5 years in the position handling projects of  value over US$ 5 million;
  • Good command of English and interpersonal communication skill, Chinese speaking is an advantage.

2. Site Agent

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering/ Building Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum 10 years of  construction site experience with proven track record of minimum 5 years in the position handling projects of  value over US$ 5 million;
  • Good command of English and interpersonal communication skill, Chinese speaking is an advantage.

3. Site Engineer / Project Co-ordinator

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Degree / Diploma  in Civil Engineering / Building Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site experience;
  • Proficient in PC skill including MS Office Project, knowledge in P3 or Suretrak is an advantage;
  • Fluent in English and Chinese;
  • Candidates with less experience can apply for Assistant Engineers.

4. Temporary Work / Method Proposal Design Engineer

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering or equivalent;
  • Minimum 10 years experience in preparation of temporary works and construction proposal which include design of concrete formwork system, loading platform, steel structures and alternative engineering solutions; 
  • Proficient in PC skill including MS Office Project, knowledge in P3 or Suretrak is an advantage;
  • Good command of English and interpersonal communication skill, Chinese speaking is an advantage.

5. Foreman / Architectural Work Supervisor ( 招聘職位 - 結構 / 裝修工程管工 )

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant construction site experience;  ( 至少五年相關地盤工作經驗 )
  • Candidates with less experience can apply for Assistant Foreman/ Assistant Supervisor.( 不足五年經驗可申請助理管工 )

6. Site Clerk/ Document Controller

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Post-secondary education level;
  • Minimum 5 years experience;
  • Fluent in English, Chinese speaking is an advantage.

7. Assistant Administration Manager

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • University graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, working experience in construction companies is an advantage;
  • Good command of English and Chinese and interpersonal communication skills.

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent;
  • With over 10 years of construction site experience preferably with a contractor;
  • Good command of English or Portuguese and interpersonal communication skill, Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

2. Site Engineers ( stationed in Angola )

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent;

  • Proficient in PC skill including MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

3. Safety Officer ( stationed in Angola )

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Safety / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent;
  • Holder of first aider qualification preferable;
  • Minimum 5 years of construction site experience with at least 2 year in safety;
  • Good command of English or Portuguese and interpersonal communication skill, Mandarin speaking is an advantage.

4. Quantity Surveyor / Assistant Quantity Surveyor ( stationed in Angola or Macau or Zhuhai-China )

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Building Studies or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field;
  • Proficient in PC skill including MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Good command of English or Portuguese and interpersonal communication skill, Mandarin speaking is an advantage;
  • Candidates with less experience can apply for Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

5. Assistant Executive Secretary ( stationed in Macau or Angola )

Qualifications and Requirement:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting / Business Administration;
  • Proficient in computerized Accounting system;
  • Proficient in PC skill including MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill;
  • Good command of English and Portuguese.
