Top Builders Group Ltd. holds Health and Safety as a core business value and is committed to creating a future free of incidents and injuries.

Health and Safety Policy Statement

It is the policy of Top Builders International Co., Ltd. to conduct our operations in a manner which includes proper consideration for safety, health of our Employees, fire prevention and control of property damage in everything we do. We believe that this conduct includes, as a minimum, compliance with safety and health legislation designed in the best interests of us all.

In fulfilling this policy, we will provide a safe and healthy work environment for all our staff, and will strive to identify all hazards to health and hygiene, safety, or property damage, and to eliminate them or control them in the best practicable manner. Our objective for risk minimisation covers personal injury and illness to our employees, the employees of others, and the general public, property damage, and the safe use of our completed project.

Our ultimate goal must be zero accidents, but in practical terms the target for the Reportable Accident Frequency Rate (RAFR) is a maximum of 1.5. This is to be reviewed, in addition to the safety management system, at least annually, and the RAFR reduced progressively.

Since our objective is to continually reduce risk, all staff, from senior management down to front-line supervisory staff, are expected to accept prime responsibility for safety and health. In addition, all employees are required to conduct themselves responsibly, respecting established rules and procedures and perform their jobs in a manner that our joint team has established as the right and safe way, and in accordance with this policy.

Safety information, instruction, and training will be provided as necessary to all employees in order to ensure they are competent to carry out their duties and responsibilities. All employees, of whatever level, are encouraged to comment on this policy during their safety training.

To compete successfully, we must continually strive for excellence in safety, productivity, cost effectiveness, environmental integrity, and quality. They must go hand in hand, equal in importance, for they support each other. As a matter of fact, one without the other is inconsistent with our belief that the right way to do any job includes all elements.

The Company shall ensure adequate and appropriate resources are available to enable this policy to be implemented.
