Venetian Macao Resort - Parcel 2

Venetian Macao Resort - Parcel 2 is a mixed-use development located on the Cotai Strip. Top Builders International were engaged to undertake site formation, piling, substructure, superstructure, external works, roof waterproofing and Podium façade glazing works on this mega-project. The total floor area of the resort is 325,000 m 2 comprising Basement Car Park, Podium, Paiza Mansion tower (7 floors), Fours Seasons Hotel (16 floors) and Serviced Apartments tower (36 floors). This complex fast track project involved many challenges such as the post tensioned design and construction of the Basement and Podium structures, which included one of the largest post tensioned transfer plates in the world.
